📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for industrial and mining projects.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems (EMS) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and environmental policies.
• Conduct environmental audits and inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and management.
• Proficiency in environmental impact assessment (EIA) software such as EIAPro or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international environmental regulations and standards.
• Certification in environmental management systems (EMS) such as ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
