📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Manage and develop the sales team, setting goals and providing training and support.,Handle customer relations and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers.,Manage the store's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.,Lead and motivate the store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in the retail or electronics industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
