We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team in Sleman. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant knowledge into the department's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with digital pharmacy operations and systems is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work.
