As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. You will assist in identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to gather information on customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes and strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
