📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and attract top talent for our clients across various industries.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and clients on the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Participate in training and development programs to further develop your skills.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and job seeker behavior.
  • Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
