Prepare and cook a variety of sushi dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and restaurant targets.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in sushi preparation.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Japanese sushi techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate and clean driving record.
