Cafe Adi Digital is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in Manado. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to improve performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
