📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing branch operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.,Oversee and coordinate the work of branch staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to ensure high standards of service.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a healthcare or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
