📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Oversee a team of 5-7 employees, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Ensure all stores meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage replenishment orders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems, such as Lightspeed or Square.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
