📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Assist in the creation and implementation of training schedules.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to achieve departmental goals.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Provide support to the Training Officer in managing training budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel for training sessions if required.
