📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
- Proven track record in managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with telephony software like Avaya or Cisco.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics tools like Excel or Tableau.
