📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families during challenging times
- Assist in the administration of patient care and support services
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist in the management of patient information and records
- Provide information and resources to patients and their families regarding their care and treatment options
- Assist in the organization and coordination of social support services for patients and their families
- Provide advocacy and support to patients and their families in navigating the healthcare system
- Assist in the development and implementation of social work programs and initiatives to support the well-being of patients and their families
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social work or healthcare support role
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethical standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid certification or license as a Social Worker (preferred)
- Experience working with patients and their families in a healthcare setting (preferred)
