📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers arriving at the front desk,Answer and direct customer inquiries and requests,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions,Handle front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery,Perform administrative tasks as required,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus
