As a Field Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of our local payments solutions across Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential merchants to onboard them onto our platform. You will leverage your local market knowledge to build strong relationships with merchants, understand their payment needs, and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements. You will also be responsible for conducting merchant visits, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage with potential merchants to onboard them onto our local payments platform.
• Conduct merchant visits to understand their payment needs and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide product demonstrations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new merchants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our platform.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve their experience on our platform.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive adoption of our local payments solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital payments to provide valuable insights to the team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of our local payments business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
• Strong local market knowledge and understanding of the merchant landscape in Bali.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with digital payment platforms and technologies, such as QRIS, OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
