Based in Pangkal Pinang, you'll be at the heart of our maritime operations, working closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of service and safety.

As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vessel performance. You'll use tools like Navisphere Fleet Management System and Vessel Management System (VMS) to ensure real-time tracking and management of our vessels. With 5-7 years of experience in maritime logistics or a related field, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring efficient and safe navigation.
• Coordinate with vessel crews, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor vessel performance and maintenance schedules using Navisphere Fleet Management System and VMS.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Provide training and support to vessel crews on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including voyage plans, crew schedules, and maintenance records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in maritime logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet operations and logistics management.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of Navisphere Fleet Management System and VMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) certificate preferred.
