📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive guest relationships.
• Stay updated on local attractions and provide recommendations to guests.
• Assist with special requests and events to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with PMS systems is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
