📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with MYSense's business goals.
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Lead HR projects, such as organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that supports innovation and growth.
• Provide strategic advice to leadership on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong track record in performance-driven leadership.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
