📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire quality candidates.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.
