📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive workplace.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
