As an Inventory & Asset Controller, you will be at the core of our operations, working closely with our procurement, finance, and operations teams. Your daily tasks will involve managing our inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring that our asset records are up-to-date and accurate. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining our inventory management system, which includes using tools like SAP and Excel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor asset usage and lifecycle to ensure efficient utilization and compliance with company policies.
• Implement and maintain the inventory management system, including data entry, reporting, and system updates.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate ordering and receiving of inventory.
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.
• Conduct periodic audits of inventory and asset records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory and asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory and asset management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including inventory accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, as is good knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
