Crown Bloom Corporindo is looking for a Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.,Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
