📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Manage the budget for learning and development activities,Generate reports on the outcomes of learning and development initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
