📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement of high-quality materials, equipment, and services for mining projects
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet project requirements and timelines
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on mining or industrial materials
• Proven track record of successful procurement projects and cost savings
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Proficiency in procurement software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar
• Knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
