📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
