City New Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Singkawang. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Coordinate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools for recruitment, performance management, and payroll.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies is a plus.
