📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior finance and accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in finance, accounting, and tax, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and drive efficiency.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax, financial, and corporate governance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with the last 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
