Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive performance management and employee engagement.
  • Lead and coordinate HR initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and legal compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a People Business Partner role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global organization is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
