📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to management,Develop and implement test procedures to ensure that our products meet regulatory requirements,Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into our products,Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders,Ensure that our products are compliant with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on product development and design,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes,Experience with CAD software and other technical tools,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus
