📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage our social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
