📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook daily dishes according to the chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Assist the head chef in planning and executing special menus.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in cost control and menu planning activities.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Experience with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
